Free tax seminars
The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) is conducting seminars for small business via webinar.
Webinars are online seminars that:
Allow you to participate over the internet using a computer, smart phone or tablet
Let you attend from the convenience of your home or office
Save you time and money
Have a chat facility so you can ask the presenter questions.
Our webinars are scheduled in NSW time, all year round. From April to September we use Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST); and from October to March we use Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).
TIM GUBBINS
Graduated from Deakin University in November 1984 and commenced his accounting career with Day Neilson Jenkins & Johns in Geelong. While working with this firm, he completed his Professional Year programme with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
Tim relocated to Shepparton with his wife Mary and family in 1992. Tim went into partnership with Rob MacLennan in 1999, then established his own practise in 2011, at 60 Skene Street, Shepparton, Victoria.
Tim enjoys working with his clients, explaining in easy to understand language, tax compliance for Income Tax and Goods and Services Tax, business management and wealth creation, while at the same time managing to have a good laugh along the way.
To wind down, Tim enjoys playing golf, gardening and keeping fit by walking the dogs or cycling.

Danny Whyte -
Danny WhyteDanny joined the team at Tim Gubbins Chartered Accountants in July 2016 as a Senior Accountant. He has been working in the accounting industry since 2008 and completed his Bachelor of Business (Accounting/Finance) at Charles Sturt University (Albury) in 2011. Danny also became a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) in 2015. He has developed a range of skills in accounting and taxation, which he is continually seeking to grow. When not at work, Danny enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing hockey for SYC Hockey Club Inc. and going to the gym. -
Felicity Lazic -
Felicity LazicFelicity joined the team at Tim Gubbins Chartered Accountants in 2012 and has worked in the accounting industry since 2008. She completed her Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at Monash University in Melbourne. Since joining the team Felicity has acquired a range of expertise and experience, in which she continually seeks to grow and develop. -
Ella Hamilton -
Ella HamiltonElla joined the firm in the November 2012 as a trainee and started studying Certificate III in Accounts Administration at Federation Training. Ella completed her traineeship in October 2015 and she now wishes to continue her studies in Accounting by undertaking a Certificate IV and is working towards completing her Diploma. Ella is able to provide assistance on account preparation, income tax returns, GST, bookkeeping and other business matters. -
Erisa Veis -
Erisa VeisErisa moved from Albania to Australia in August 2012 with an Albanian degree in Finance. Once she moved here she was determined to have an understanding of the Australian Taxation rules. She finished Certificate III in Accounting and a Diploma in Accounting at GOTAFE in 2014. She joined our firm in June 2014 and has worked in the accounting industry since early 2013. Erisa is the Director of First Impressions, assists with the bookkeeping of her partners business and is our receptionist as well as an assistant accountant. She is able to provide assistance with your accounts -
Alison Cardwell -
Alison CardwellAlison grew up in Echuca before moving to Shepparton in December 2014 where she began working for Tim as an undergraduate. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at La Trobe University in Shepparton. Alison enjoys spending time with friends and family and doing pilates. -
Rennae Lancaster -
Rennae LancasterRennae graduated Year 12 from Wanganui Park Secondary College in 2014 and is currently completing her Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at La Trobe University in Shepparton. She commenced work with Tim Gubbins as an undergraduate in November 2014.
